Online Support We would like to support you directly online through msn or yahoo messenger to help you with the hotel information, reservations and other related problems. The staffs would be available every Weekday (Monday to Saturday), from 8 am to 5 pm (GMS +7). We mostly use English. Please ask for help in French or Japanese if needed.
